The problem is that I am only 3 bites of food hungry ever and that is not the way portions work. You can't be like "excuse me, I would like three spoonfuls of chili, half a piece of cornbread, and two bites of apple pie, please. Oh, and a gallon of lemonade."
But everything is 42 times that size and then you're left with all this food guilt and you think about the starving kids in Africa your mom never failed to remind you about when you were 6 veggies shy of finishing dinner.
And then you're stuck with all this food and guilt and tummy ache.
